50% Deposit to Confirm

A 50% deposit of your total service cost is required to secure your appointment slot.

Your slot is confirmed once we acknowledge
Remaining balance is paid on the day (M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard or cash)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ hours notice: full refund or free reschedule
24–48 hours: free reschedule, deposit held
Under 24 hours: deposit forfeited
No-show: new deposit required to rebook

Cancel via WhatsApp as early as possible.
